SBC Capital Group - previously known as SBC Consulting Group - was established to provide corporate financial advisory, global financial network & experience-driven knowledge to revive Indonesian companies.
At its inception, SBC Capital Group was an embryo of PT Sigma Business Consult (SBCI) which was incorporated in the year 2000. SBCI specializes on corporate finance advisory for Indonesian companies, with its focal areas of Corporate Restructure, Loan Raising, M&A, and Pre and Post IPO Advisory, among others.
SBCI has since then grown and evolved into SBC Capital Partners Ltd, Hong Kong (SBCHK) which was incorporated in 2005 and SBC Capital Pte Ltd, Singapore (SBCSG) in 2009. SBCHK and SBCSG aims to provide a wider range of services to our clients particularly in Cross Border Tax Advisory and Private Equity. SBCHK and SBCSG is the vehicle for SBC Capital Group to tap into a regional and global network, specifically in the areas of Financial Industry and Investment Platform.
